Prepare for use

Insert the included LR44 batteries into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity. Clean the stainless steel probe with a damp cloth before use, and make sure the thermometer is dry for accurate readings.

Measure temperatures

Unfold the stainless steel probe and insert it into the thickest part of the meat or dish, avoiding bones or fat for the most precise results. The backlit LCD screen will display the temperature in just 2-3 seconds. Toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit if required.

Store and maintain

After use, fold the probe securely into the handle to protect the needle. Use the magnetic base to attach the thermometer to your fridge or hang it using the hook. Clean the probe with a damp cloth and store it in a cool, dry place.
