Things you need:

  • 3-4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, chilli powder and garlic powder for seasoning

How to make: 

  1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil. Make sure all the pieces are evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F). Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, tossing the basket to ensure they are cooked evenly. 
  5. Once the potatoes are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and sprinkle seasoning. 
  6. You can also replace potatoes with sweet potatoes.

Things you need:

  • Some peeled and chopped apples

How to make: 

  1. In a bowl, mix the chopped apples with brown sugar and cinnamon powder.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture in each square. 
  3. Fold the squares and make pockets
  4. Press the edges with a fork to seal.
  5. Beat the egg and brush it on each pocket.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Place the pockets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve these pockets warm to your kids.

  1. Air fryer sweetcorn nuggets - Air fryer sweetcorn nuggets are crispy and cheesy, making them a perfect snack for kids. And guess what, you can also sneak in some veggies in them.

Things you need:

  • 1 cup of sweetcorn kernels
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make: 

  1. In a bowl, mix the sweetcorn, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Make small nuggets out of this mixture.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (374°F) and place the nuggets in the basket.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, keep turning the nuggets to make sure they cook evenly.
  5. Serve with a dip of your choice and enjoy!

  4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Place the prepared bread slices in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the egg mixture is set and the bread is toasted.
  6. Let the omelette toast cool slightly before serving, with a little tomato sauce or ketchup.

  4. Toss the potato slices in a bowl with some olive oil.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F). Place the potato slices in the basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  7. Once the chips are crispy and golden, remove them from the air fryer and sprinkle the seasoning of salt and pepper.
